Terms of Use #

1. Purpose #

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms of Use”) set out the conditions of access to and use of the website skyroute-74.fr (hereinafter the “Site”), published by Ahmed HAJJAJI, operating under the trading name SkyRoute Auto.

Any browsing of the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the Site.

2. Identification #

The publisher of the Site is identified in the Legal notice (SIREN 880 853 890, 880 853 890 R.C.S. Thonon-les-Bains, address 74 bis Route d’Étrembières, 74100 Annemasse, France).

3. Access to the Site #

The Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to interruptions for maintenance, updates, outage, force majeure or a decision of the publisher. SkyRoute Auto does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be held liable for the consequences of a temporary unavailability.

The user must have suitable internet access and equipment. Connection costs remain payable by the user.

4. Services presented #

The Site presents the activities of SkyRoute Auto: collection, transport, breakdown recovery and towing of motor vehicles for private individuals and businesses, mainly in Haute-Savoie (74), the Genevois, French-speaking Switzerland and beyond subject to availability.

Information on the Site (areas, timescales, availability) is indicative. Any service is subject to confirmation under the Terms of Sale and actual availability.

5. Quote requests and forms #

The user may submit a quote request via the Site form, by telephone (⁦06 82 96 40 84⁩) or by email (contact@skyroute-74.fr). The information provided must be accurate and up to date. An online request does not constitute a firm booking until it has been expressly accepted by SkyRoute Auto.

6. Prohibited conduct #

It is in particular prohibited to:

• use the Site for fraudulent, unlawful purposes or contrary to public policy;
• impair the proper functioning of the Site (intrusion, overload, abusive scraping, etc.);
• impersonate a third party or transmit false data;
• reproduce or exploit the Site’s contents without authorisation;
• disseminate insulting or defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property #

All contents of the Site remain the property of Ahmed HAJJAJI or of their partners. Any unauthorised use may expose the user to legal proceedings.

8. Personal data #

Data processing carried out via the Site is described in the Privacy policy.

9. Liability #

The user is solely responsible for their use of the Site. SkyRoute Auto is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, a service interruption, a virus or an external event, within the limits of applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms of Use #

SkyRoute Auto may amend these Terms of Use at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site on the date of consultation (last updated: 12 August 2026).

11. Governing law & disputes #

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to use of the Site, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to the protective provisions applicable to consumers.
