2. Data collected
2.1 Via the Site / quote
- identity / contact details: name if any, telephone, email;
- job data: departure location, destination, make/model, condition of the vehicle, particulars;
- files that may be sent (photographs) — processed solely to prepare a quote / perform the job;
- technical connection data (server logs, IP address, user-agent) that may be generated by the host for security and diagnostics.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling quote requests and performing services — basis: pre-contractual steps / contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Customer relationship, invoicing, accounting — basis: legal obligation and/or contract (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).
- Responding to messages and calls — basis: legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps (art. 6.1.f / 6.1.b).
- Site security, prevention of abuse — basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
- Cookies strictly necessary for operation — basis: legitimate interest / consent exemption under cookie guidelines.
- Advertising conversion measurement (Google Ads) — basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), via trackers deposited after accepting the cookie banner.
No automated commercial prospecting is carried out without an appropriate legal basis (consent or legitimate interest with a right to object).

- the Provider and any trusted operational staff / subcontractors;
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages) as host of the Site;
- messaging / telephony tools used to contact you;
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Ads / Google Tag) for advertising conversion measurement, subject to your consent;
- advisers (accountant, lawyer) and authorities where the law so requires;
- call-out partners strictly necessary for the job (e.g. destination garage), with you being informed.
No selling of files to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Transfers outside the EU

6. Retention periods
- Unsuccessful quote requests: up to 12 months then deletion or minimal archiving;
- Customers / invoicing: statutory accounting retention period (generally 10 years);
- Technical logs: limited period necessary for security (often a few weeks to a few months);
- Photographs sent for a quote: kept for as long as needed to prepare and follow the job, then deleted unless there is a legitimate need / dispute.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the following rights, under the conditions set by the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés):
- right of access, rectification and erasure;
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to object;
- right to data portability where applicable;
- right to withdraw consent where processing is based on it;
- right to define instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death.
