The pound release is issued by the service that ordered the removal, not by SkyRoute Auto. Without it the yard will not release the vehicle. The keeper on the registration document (or a mandated person with IDs) must match.

Storage and abandonment time limits vary. We do not invent a single “24 h everywhere” delay. Read the notice or call the yard. If the vehicle is already treated as abandoned, that path is administrative, not a private ELV collection we improvise.

A bank lien is not lifted by the pound. You exit first, then you deal with the finance release as in the lien / lease / probate guide.

After exit: the French ELV file #

Once the vehicle is free, destruction follows the usual list: original registration document, IDs, Cerfa 15776, administrative status under 15 days, lien release if needed. Time in the pound excuses none of these papers.

Same-day exit then delivery to the approved centre is possible if the file is already in hand. Otherwise: depot while you fetch the non-encumbrance certificate. Local ELV from €219 incl. tax (weekday, easy access).

The centre issues the certificate of destruction. SkyRoute Auto is neither the pound nor the approved centre.
