Process

How it works

A local provider, an understandable quote, the right vehicle. No national network and no single “20 minutes anywhere” timescale.

The 5 steps

  1. Call 06 82 96 40 84 or fill in the quote: location, destination, make/model, whether the vehicle is drivable, access (car park, badge, snow).
  2. We confirm a realistic slot from Annemasse and an amount or range before committing (except an immediate safety emergency).
  3. In town / car park: direct SkyRoute Auto call-out. On a motorway or express road: approved recovery (SOS phone or 112) first, then repatriation.
  4. On site: recovery if the vehicle can be made safe to drive, otherwise strapped loading (flatbed, motorcycle, 4x4 according to size and GVWR).
  5. Delivery to garage, home, depot, or France ↔ Switzerland repatriation as quoted.

Town vs motorway

In town, a car park, a residence or a departmental road: call SkyRoute Auto directly. On motorways and express roads, the initial recovery is regulated: SOS phone or 112, possibly sos-auto-moto.fr dispatch — then us for repatriation. (⁦06 82 96 40 84⁩). Motorway procedure

What we do not do

SkyRoute Auto is not an approved ELV centre (we do not issue the certificate of destruction), not an auction platform, not a nationwide cash-for-cars buyer, not an insurer’s assistance network. We arrange ELV collection of a French-registered vehicle (paperwork + flatbed), as well as breakdown recovery, towing and transport, from Annemasse.

Frequently asked questions

What happens on the first call?
You give the exact address, make/model, condition of the vehicle (drivable or not) and the desired destination. We confirm a realistic slot and a price range before we set off.
Is a quote required before a call-out?
Yes except an immediate life-threatening emergency. For any planned transport, use the /devis/ form: it speeds up equipment preparation and avoids misunderstandings on the price.
What is the difference between town and motorway?
In town / car park / departmental road: call SkyRoute Auto directly. On a motorway or express road, the initial recovery is regulated: SOS phone or 112, then SkyRoute for repatriation.
How long do I have to wait?
The delay depends on traffic, weather, access and distance from Annemasse. We give a realistic slot when you call — no “20 minutes anywhere” promise.
Can I choose the destination after loading?
Yes, within the quote. Garage, home, depot or towards Geneva / Switzerland: say so when you call so that equipment and routing can be adapted.
