Who it is for
Garages, body shops, agencies, trades, SMEs in the Genevois and Haute-Savoie, Swiss companies with a vehicle stuck on the French side (or the reverse). SkyRoute Auto is not fleet-management software nor a national platform: we are the on-the-ground provider, based at 74 bis Route d’Étrembières, 74100 Annemasse, France.

- Do you attend company vehicles?
- Yes. Light fleets, company cars, vans ≤ 3.5 t, professional two-wheelers: same equipment, invoice in the company name. Base rates on the grid apply; quote before departure. Give the SIRET / company name.
- Do you offer a nationwide fleet assistance contract?
- No. SkyRoute Auto is a local provider (Annemasse, 74, Geneva / Vaud). We do not operate a France-wide network or a fleet-management platform. For an immobilisation in the Genevois or towards Switzerland, we are the on-the-ground relay.
- Can you invoice the company’s insurer?
- We invoice the instructing party (company or driver). Any reimbursement depends on the company’s assistance policy — we are independent of AXA, MACIF, TCS and other networks.
