Motorcycle recovery is not a scaled-down car recovery: side stand, fairing, the mass of a TMAX or a Harley Touring, the front end of an MP3. SkyRoute Auto straps the two-wheeler — never loose on the bed.
The Genevois is full of cross-border Forza / TMAX machines, GS and Ténéré bikes heading for the mountains, Vespas in Geneva . A puncture in town: it is often safer to transport than to repair in traffic. After a drop, you do not restart to “see” if the bars are bent.

Who attends, and from where
SkyRoute Auto is an independent breakdown, towing and transport provider, based at 74 bis Route d’Étrembières, 74100 Annemasse , France. For motorcycle breakdown recovery & towing , the call comes through on a local number (06 82 96 40 84): not a national switchboard promising “20 minutes anywhere in France”. The slot we give depends on traffic, weather, access (surface, underground, snow) and the distance from Annemasse .

To handle motorcycle breakdown recovery & towing without a second trip: exact address (street, car park, floor, badge / intercom), make and model, manual or automatic gearbox, whether the vehicle still rolls, the destination you want, photos of the access and of the vehicle. Mention a high-voltage pack (hybrid / electric), a motorcycle, a van or a prestige car: the equipment is not the same.

- Do you recover all two-wheelers?
- Yes subject to size: 50 cc to a heavy custom, including three-wheelers. State the brand and accessories (panniers, top box).
- What should I do on the motorway?
- Use an SOS phone or call 112 for approved evacuation; sos-auto-moto.fr dispatch may complement this. SkyRoute Auto then handles repatriation / transport. See Motorway procedure.
- After a drop, will you pick the motorcycle up?
- If it is safe and useful. Otherwise we load it from the ground / on a workshop stand to avoid a second drop and leaks.
- Electric scooter?
- Yes (CE 04, Vespa Elettrica, LiveWire…): the same high-voltage caution as for an EV car.
