Quote and invoice #

When to call us anyway #

Delay too long, garage destination refused, France–Switzerland need, motorcycle, EV, underground car park: a responsive local provider remains useful. Keep your assistance case number if you have one.

How to use this guide #

Many motorists confuse “I have roadside assistance” with “the recovery operator is necessarily the insurer’s”. SkyRoute Auto is an independent provider: transparency first. To handle insurance and breakdown recovery : independent provider without a second trip: exact address (street, car park, floor, badge / intercom), make and model, manual or automatic gearbox, whether the vehicle still rolls, the destination you want, photos of the access and of the vehicle. Mention a high-voltage pack (hybrid / electric), a motorcycle, a van or a prestige car: the equipment is not the same.
