Understanding the situation
Many EVs and small cars no longer carry a spare: one nail and the vehicle is immobilised. In town, a wheel change is sometimes possible; foam kit = a short-term fix. Motorcycle / scooter: often transport — there is not enough space to repair safely on the ground.
Motorway: do not stay on the hard shoulder to “take a wheel off” — SOS phone / 112. We then take you to a tyre centre in Annemasse / Geneva .

Do not drive on a flat (rim, TPMS, EV). Motorway: no wheel change on the hard shoulder — SOS / 112, then repatriation to a tyre centre in Annemasse / Geneva . Run-flat: sometimes workshop at limited speed; destroyed sidewall = flatbed.
Who attends, and from where
SkyRoute Auto is an independent breakdown, towing and transport provider, based at 74 bis Route d’Étrembières, 74100 Annemasse , France. For puncture, the call comes through on a local number (06 82 96 40 84): not a national switchboard promising “20 minutes anywhere in France”. The slot we give depends on traffic, weather, access (surface, underground, snow) and the distance from Annemasse .
We remain outside insurers’ official networks. You can appoint us for puncture, obtain an invoice, then submit the file to your roadside assistance: any reimbursement depends solely on your policy. Keep the case number if one already exists.
On a motorway or expressway, the initial recovery remains the approved circuit (SOS phone or 112, dispatch may be via sos-auto-moto.fr). What we need for a useful quote
To handle puncture without a second trip: exact address (street, car park, floor, badge / intercom), make and model, manual or automatic gearbox, whether the vehicle still rolls, the destination you want, photos of the access and of the vehicle. Mention a high-voltage pack (hybrid / electric), a motorcycle, a van or a prestige car: the equipment is not the same.

- Sometimes if there is a space-saver / access / it is safe. Otherwise a tow to a tyre centre.

- You can sometimes reach a workshop at limited speed; if the sidewall is destroyed, we tow.
- Do I need a statement or an insurance file for puncture?
- Not to appoint us. If an insurer is already involved, keep the case number. SkyRoute Auto invoices the local job; reimbursement is not automatic.
