Understanding the situation
Petrol in a diesel is the most common case (and destructive if you drive). Diesel in a petrol car too. LPG / E85 / AdBlue in the wrong filler: say so as soon as you call.
Hybrids and some EVs have no tank — do not confuse this with a 12 V failure. Annemasse filling station / motorway: same rule; off an expressway we can load you; on the motorway, approved service first.

Indicative range incl. VAT (−€20 to +€20 around the reference rate), weekday, straightforward access. Night (10 pm–7 am) and bank holidays: +25%. Weekend: +15%. Underground car park, snow, EV, prestige, van or extra km: quote before departure. Payment in EUR (CHF possible at the day’s rate).
Wrong nozzle: do not try to “dilute” it
Petrol in a diesel (or the reverse) quickly destroys the pump if you start. LPG, E85, AdBlue in the wrong orifice: say so. SkyRoute Auto tows to a workshop for draining; a magic on-site drain is rare.
Often an insurance exclusion for “wrong fuel”. We invoice the transport; check your policy. Annemasse station or motorway services: off the expressway we load; on the motorway, approved recovery first.
Who attends, and from where
SkyRoute Auto is an independent breakdown, towing and transport provider, based at 74 bis Route d’Étrembières, 74100 Annemasse , France. For wrong fuel, the call comes through on a local number (06 82 96 40 84): not a national switchboard promising “20 minutes anywhere in France”. The slot we give depends on traffic, weather, access (surface, underground, snow) and the distance from Annemasse .
We remain outside insurers’ official networks. You can appoint us for wrong fuel, obtain an invoice, then submit the file to your roadside assistance: any reimbursement depends solely on your policy. Keep the case number if one already exists.
On a motorway or expressway, the initial recovery remains the approved circuit (SOS phone or 112, dispatch may be via sos-auto-moto.fr). What we need for a useful quote
To handle wrong fuel without a second trip: exact address (street, car park, floor, badge / intercom), make and model, manual or automatic gearbox, whether the vehicle still rolls, the destination you want, photos of the access and of the vehicle. Mention a high-voltage pack (hybrid / electric), a motorcycle, a van or a prestige car: the equipment is not the same.
